Walk-ins are always welcome at all three branches. However, booking ahead guarantees your preferred time slot and minimises waiting time, especially for imaging services like ultrasound and X-ray.
Most laboratory results (CBC, urinalysis, blood chemistry) are ready within 24 hours. Imaging results (ultrasound, X-ray) and ECG interpretations are typically available the same day. Some specialised tests may take 2–3 business days.
Yes. All Ashrey Diagnostic Center branches and laboratory procedures comply with Department of Health (DOH) standards and accreditation requirements. Our drug testing is also PDEA-accredited.
Yes, we are accredited with several major HMO providers including Philcare, BenLife, Generali, Sun Life, AMAPHIL, InLife, EastWest Healthcare, Etiqa, and Avega. Please bring your HMO card and a Letter of Authorization (LOA) on the day of your visit. Contact us in advance to confirm coverage for specific tests.

Yes, we offer home service for blood collection and specimen pickup within Metro Manila. We also offer home service for X-Ray, Ultrasound, and 2D Echo procedures. You can book a home service appointment online or by calling us at 09544503576.
Please bring a valid government-issued ID and, if required by your employer, a company request form. Our drug tests are PDEA-accredited and results are typically released the same day.
All branches have paid parking available nearby. Makati branch is inside Assembly Grounds Mall with mall parking. McKinley Hill branch is inside Morgan Suites with building parking. Manila branch at Aussie Tower has street and building parking. Rates vary per location.
